Taking it Home
We have an approach based on the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy used by many physical therapists. This method involves the use of specifically targeted and/or repetitive movements designed to assist in your recovery. We will teach you exercises or movements in the office, provide you with handouts for explanation, and ask you to continue with the exercises on your own at home.
The more involved you are in your care, the better your outcome will be. This goes for patients recovering from pain or an injury as well as patients who simply want to live a healthier life.
